It’s funny because I’ve had similar discussions in my own home (though quite a few of our books have wound up on the shelves of a small town library I try to support).

I’ve got a ….few….books around, but what I’ve always wanted is a big ole house with a room (or three) just dedicated to books as a personal library.
And there is nothing wrong with that.

I donate a lot of my books to the libraries, but find that my collection replenishes itself with staples such as Macbeth, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Winston Churchill’s books on the Second World War…it’s a battle I lose.
I definitely will need a room to house my books.
